Why Response Time?
For a potential client, potential employer, or cooperative firm whom you are working with or is interested in the services for web or software development, the time of response is essential. With a quick response to a complex question, this will show a client immediately that you are more likely than not qualified for the job which they have at hand if you have not started working yet. A quick response time will also show employers that you are attentive and are actually interested in the position you are applying for. With a cooperative firm, it shows that your team work, and cooperative skills are in order and you are on the same team/on the same page with regards to a project. High response time can be interpreted in other ways by management, stakeholders and product owners.
Response time can be linked with turnaround time which will help reduce or enhance the key features and essential points in the project planning phases. To do this project management must be planned accordingly and scaled to response time, thus producing a more desirable turnaround time.
